*We are currently looking to hire two lead teachers to work once a month. Pay is $45 a Sunday. Visit our Guest Services desk on a Sunday morning to find out how to apply. We are also needing volunteers to assist lead teachers on Sundays!
At Storehouse Church Dallas, every Sunday is an opportunity for children to access heaven and transform earth. Through engaging lessons and experiences, they learn to understand their identity in Christ, how to pray and worship, and how to grow in the Word of God. This foundation helps them develop a strong, personal relationship with Jesus from an early age.
We believe that the Holy Spirit is for all ages, which is why we integrate children into every aspect of the Storehouse Church Dallas family. There’s no junior Holy Spirit! As they grow in their faith, they are empowered to operate in the gifts of the Spirit and experience God in real, meaningful ways. At Storehouse Church Dallas, we prioritize spiritual growth and ensure every child is equipped to follow Jesus.
We invite you to come and serve with us at Storehouse Church Dallas as we build a lasting legacy in the kingdom. Together, we are raising a powerful and holy generation that will impact the world for Christ. Join us as we equip the next generation to carry the light of Jesus everywhere they go!
Welcome! We're so glad you're here. When you arrive, head to Guest Services in the lobby — they'll point you in the right direction. You can also walk straight into the kids area and look for a volunteer with a nametag. Our kids team will help you get checked in, show you around, and make sure your family feels right at home.
Check-in opens at 9:30 AM in the kids area. Use your phone number on any available kiosk to check in your children (birth through 12 years old). Each child will receive a name tag, and you'll receive a matching pick-up tag — hold onto this! You'll need it to pick up your child after service. This system helps our team keep every child safe and accounted for.
First-time families: A volunteer will walk you through the kiosk process and get your family set up in our system. It only takes a couple of minutes.
All kids start in the main service for Family Worship and then move to their age-specific rooms.
We believe part of training our children happens in corporate worship together as a family. All ages begin in the main service, worshiping side by side. Kids then transition to kids church at 10:45 AM, where they continue with age-appropriate teaching and activities.
Each Sunday, your child will experience fun, real friendship, and an encounter with Jesus. We create an environment for every age and stage so that your child can experience the love and truth of God. They'll hear a true story from the Bible and then apply that truth through activities, games, prayer, and age-appropriate discussion.
Our team is trained, background-checked, and passionate about making sure your child feels safe, known, and loved.
We believe the Bible is the inspired word of God and the final authority for all matters of faith and practice. We believe in activating and cultivating the gifts of the Spirit in our kids. Our goal is the presence of Jesus.
In addition to teaching the Bible every week, we focus on three core truths in each phase of a child's development:
Nursery + Toddler + Preschool (Birth – 5 Years)
Elementary (6 – 12 Years)
We want every family to be able to engage fully. Here's what we have available:
If your child has specific needs or accommodations, please let our kids team know — we want to serve your family well.
Please let a kids team volunteer know about any allergies, medical needs, or special considerations at check-in. We want to make sure your child is safe and cared for. We do not serve snacks with common allergens without checking in with parents first.
For the safety of every child, all kids area doors are locked at 10:55 AM and remain locked until the end of service. When service ends, head to the area where you dropped off your child:
You must have your matching pick-up tag to receive your child. No exceptions — this is how we keep every kid safe. Lost tag? A kids team member can help at the check-in kiosk.
Need to pick up early? Doorbells are located at all kids area entrances. Ring and a volunteer will assist you.
That's completely normal, especially on the first visit. Our volunteers are experienced with transitions and will partner with you to help your child feel comfortable. You're always welcome to stay in the room until your child settles in. We'll reach out to you during service if your child needs you — your check-in tag has a code our team can text or announce if needed.
We have a dedicated team and tailored environment for each age group.
Your child's safety is our highest priority. Every volunteer and staff member is background-checked. Our check-in system uses secure matching tags so only authorized adults can pick up your child. All doors are locked during service, and our team maintains specific child-to-leader ratios in every room. Hallways and entrances are monitored throughout the service.
Yes! We would love to have you. Serving on the kids team is one of the most meaningful ways to be part of what God is doing at Storehouse. Reach out to our kids ministry pastor or stop by the kids area on a Sunday and let a volunteer know you're interested. All team members complete a background check and training before serving.
